On academic front, it not only provides students with the best faculty in the city but also presents students with much needed flexibility in pursuing their academic interests by giving them independence in selecting their own subject combinations. It was an absolute pleasure to study a diverse range of subjects from teachers who were less concerned about their students’ grades and more concerned about whether they were developing an analytical understanding of the subject matter and learning those skills that will continue to help them in their academics in the future. Also, it was heartening to receive unwavering support from teachers and administration when I decided to take a challenging task of self-studying a subject during my time at Nixor. I definitely think that the nurturing, support and care that these teachers and members of administration provide to students were crucial for both my academic excellence and more importantly, my intellectual growth.

Nixor also understands it better than any other institute that, while academics should be the top priority of students, it should not be their only priority; neither should it be considered the strongest point of every member of a school’s student body. As such, it runs the most expansive and rigorous program of co-curricular and extra-curricular activities that can be found in any other A’ level institute in the country. The most admiring aspect of this program is that it caters to both academic and non-academic needs of the students while fulfilling the same objectives of instilling crucial skills of leadership, communication, innovation and problem-solving. From a being a Teaching Assistant and a part of research conference to being a negotiator, fundraiser and organizer of some of the best events, an average student of Nixor has the opportunity to pursue his own interest and still develop those skills which are sought after by every university and then every organization in the competitive world. Being a part of this program as a Teaching Assistant, Teaching Assistant Captain and a Chief Financial Officer of an entity, I could clearly develop a range of transferable skills and a self-belief which continue to help me here at LSE.

Moreover, it would be unfair from my side if I do not cite the excellent counseling services that are provided to Nixor Students. As a student who had considerable financial difficulties to realize his aim of studying in one of the most prestigious institutes in the world, I feel really blessed to be a part of an A’ level institute where I received outstanding guidance in terms of which universities should be my target and how I was supposed to fill out necessary forms and indicate need in a persuasive way. Without this guidance, it is difficult to imagine that I really could have achieved what I have been able to.

Thus, Nixor combines top-class education and an intense extra-curricular program with a culture that is flexible to make exemption when one deserves it, appreciates diversity and embodies respect, ethics, courage and pursuit for excellence. It is, therefore, not surprising for me when I see Nixor students very frequently becoming success stories in some of the most competitive universities both, here in the U.K, and in rest of the world.”
