Nixor College Foundation Program

Counseling Team

A Levels is a time of significant change and transition in a student’s life.  They face a multitude of decisions – about career choices, fields of study, extra-curricular programs, and university selections.  It is these choices that shape the subsequent trajectory of their lives. These decisions require multiple sources of information, sound critical thinking, and decisive judgment.  Counselors at Nixor College are qualified and experienced professionals who guide and support students to make appropriate choices about their academic as well as professional careers. We strongly believe that all our students have unquestionable abilities; all they need is the conscious endeavor, and our team of experienced counselors aims to do just that – help them help themselves.

Meghan Ghani  – Head of College Counseling (Counselor – US)

Born and raised in the United States, Meghan Ghani moved to Pakistan in 2005.  She has a BA and an MA in Anthropology and has worked in several of the most significant museums in the world.  Having studied in American universities for 6 years, Meghan is the ideal person to counsel students who wish to apply to universities in the US.  She is the lead counselor for this region, along with providing academic and career counseling and general guidance as well.  Meghan’s life is a multicultural one, as her husband and half of her family are Pakistani.  This mix of perspectives helps Meghan have a better understanding of what students here need out of a university. Students find her very approachable, and that is the reason they spend countless hours talking to her, and taking her advice, be it on personal or career related matters.
