A Levels at the Nixor College Foundation Program (NCFP) is exactly what some students need after their O Level experience.  Neither Nixor College nor NCFP is the right fit for all students.  But it is the perfect fit for some.  The question is – for whom?  And, the answer lies in your own research.

Your research should include opinions of others.  However, opinions even from those directly or loosely attached to A Levels education can be misleading if their information is ultimately based on hearsay rather than on factual data or personal experience.  The opinions that would matter most to me would be from parents and current students and alums of the institution. Certainly teachers affiliated with that institution will have insightful feedback.  From administrators, feel free to ask for relevant facts and data – like improvement in grades from O to A Levels and university placement statistics

Emotion will clearly play a role in choosing the A Levels School that is the best fit for your student - the trick is to strike the right balance between emotion and data.  The role of the parent in helping the student find the right balance cannot be underestimated.

A Levels is an expensive educational option. More importantly, it is the final stage in your student’s transition from young adult to a legal adult.  The right A Level institution can proactively identify opportunities to help students meet their educational and personal growth objectives.

Left unaddressed at the end of this stage, these gaps are far more difficult to fill in a university environment where personal initiative is the only driver for change.
